PU Foam - Professional

1. This product is easy to use. After foam hardens, the foam will become semi-soft texture. It can steady attach to clean and not greasy materials like concrete, stucco brick, asbestos, wood or artificial materials like polystyrene or another PU Harden foam.

2. The PU foam is long lasting time, corrosion resistant, weatherability, decay resistance and Chemical resistance.

3. Expansion ratio is 38. This number may vary in different processing environment.

4. The coating has seal, filling and waterproof effect.

5. Once the foam fully hardened, it can be cut, glut and paint.

6. Comply with Taiwan CNS7774 standard, won't self combustion or helping combustion.

Applications

• Crack filling, heat preservation, soundproof and dustproof.
• External wall coating and finishing coating on curtain wall.
• Filling gap and insolating on pipeline surrounding, door and window frame.
• Suitable for repair process in refrigeration industry, electrician, building industry, automotive industry, DIY household repair.

How to use

• Before processing, clean the object surface to remove grease, dirt or other impurity to ensure adhesion. Wearing gloves in process to avoid stick on spray.
• Before use, shaking the can up and down more than 20 seconds to mix chemical inside.
• Screw the can into PU foam dispensing gun and not overly screwing the can to prevent chemical leak out.
• First time use PU foam dispensing gun, pull the trigger for 10 seconds to let chemical flow out.
• Spray some water in processing area to make foam perfectly harden.
• For multilayer process, spraying some water in each layer to increase adhesion.
• When finished, close the valve in dispensing gun.
• For continuous construction, keep one can on the dispensing gun. After finished, use PU foam cleaning agent on dispensing gun to prevent blockage.
• If the foam is not yet harden, your can remove with special cleaning agent or acetone.
• If the foam is already hardened, it can only remove in physical way, for example scratching with blade or abrading with sandpaper.
• We suggest cover the areas that does not need to process with mask tape and wearing gloves in process to avoid stick on spray.
