PUFFDINO Water-Based Spray Paint

Taiwan's first water-based spray paint. It's using leadless, eco-friendly formula that complies with RoHS standard.
Suitable for materials like styrofoam, steel, wood, concrete surface, plastic(except PE, PP and soft plastic), acrylic.
You can apply in space decoration, spray paint arts, vehicle, motorcycle color patch and DIY art work.

Application

Physical Property Information

Adhesion: Hundred grid test≧95% (Standard procedures)
Cover Rate: Use standard procedures, cover background color with two spray
Buckling: Folded in half with no crack
Spray Coverage: 2.5 m2
Glossiness: General color more than 75%, Flat color lower than 20%, Metallic colors do not measure gloss.
Touch Dry: Summer time within 40 minutes, winter time within 1hours.
Completely Hardened: 24 hours.

HOW TO USE

1. Before use, clean up the object surface and ensure not grease leftover.
2. Use newspaper or masker tape to cover any other parts that does not need to spray.
3. Shake the spray can for 30 second to get a good mixed inside the can before spraying.
4. Keep the nozzle 10-15 cm the object when spraying. If nozzle too close to the object may cause dripping or foaming on object surface.
5. Spray multiple times with thin layer to ensure cover whole object. Leave 10 minutes between every spray.
6. After use, please press the can upside-down for few second to prevent paint block the nozzle.
7. During the painting when the paint not yet dry, you can wipe it off with wet fabric. When the paint dried, it can only be remove by alcohol or scrape.

Q&A

Q: Can it be sprayed on the plants? Will it affect the plants growth?

A: It will hinder the photosynthesis of plants and affect their growth.

 

Q: Can it be washed directly with water after drying?

A: Before it is dry, it can be washed directly with water. After it is completely dry, the physical properties are the same as general spray paints, and it must be removed with banana oil or lacquer thinner and scouring pads.

 

Q: Will it erode the pearl plate or a styrofoam?

A: It won't erode these materials! This is the main feature of PUFF DINO Water-Based Paint.

 

Q: Can I spray it on the tile?

A: It can be sprayed on the tile, but the adhesion is not good. It is recommended to spray it several times with thin layer.
